Construction Foam Products is a division of Nomaco, which is a family of businesses that specialize in the
development and manufacturing of custom-engineered, thermoplastic foam extrusions. During Nomaco's first three decades of business, the company became the leader in its field, and repeatedly created
breakthrough products, innovative capabilities and new markets. Most
notable is the development of the high-quality Nomacorc synthetic wine
closure, a business which became an independent company in 1999 in
order to pursue an aggressive worldwide expansion plan.
Today, the
business units of Nomaco have evolved into autonomous operating
entities. These include Nomaco Home Furnishings, Nomaco Insulation,
Nomaco Engineered Foam Solutions and Construction Foam Products.

Operations move to Zebulon, NC, and company begins converting to CFC-free process. Nomaco is the first manufacturer in the industry to extrude without chlorofluorocarbons. |
